The second single from Glaswegian four piece outfit Bricolage, is Looting Takes The Waiting Out Of Wanting. An infectious and strangely nostalgic sounding indie-pop track, with lively percussion, a prominent rhythm guitar riff which runs throughout, and vocals which slide like a vocal trombone, easily between different notes, with plenty of wa-oohs and ahhs along the way.
Looting Takes The Waiting Out Of Wanting really is a stunning track, and teaming it with B-side, Love Be A Kick which is very different although just as striking with its steady piano kept beat and simple melody, is a winning combination. Keep your eyes peeled for these guys!
